Refund policy
Short version: we do friendly refunds. If the product doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. No forms, no quibbling.
30-day money-back on subscriptions
Every Pro and Team subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee measured from the date of your first charge (not the end of the free trial). If you're unhappy for any reason in those first 30 days, we refund the most recent charge and cancel the subscription.
After 30 days
Subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable on a monthly or annual basis — you pay for the month (or year) ahead, and we don't pro-rate unused time. That said, if something's genuinely broken (outage, data loss, feature we promised and didn't deliver), email us and we'll make it right.
Annual plan credit
If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, we don't refund the remainder by default. If you have a specific reason (change in business, layoffs, vendor migration) email us — we work it out case by case. We'd rather have an unhappy no-longer-customer who remembers us positively than fight over a few hundred dollars.
Launch Engagement
The $9,500 Launch Engagement is a delivered service. Because delivery involves live human effort on your specific target, refunds for Launch Engagements are handled case by case:
- Before kickoff call: full refund, no questions asked.
- After kickoff, before delivery: 50% refund for scope changes or cancellation.
- After delivery: no refund, but we'll redo misunderstood findings without charge.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email you signed up with. We respond within 1 business day. Refunds land back on your original card within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
What we'll never do
- Demand a reason before refunding.
- Hide the refund option behind a customer-success call.
- Keep your data after you've asked us to delete it (see Privacy).
- Resist a chargeback we should have just refunded.
